Now you can shop for roller blinds with confidence knowing that your purchases are fully covered against faulty fabrics, products or workmanship.

3 year Warranty on Material & Workmanship

Gallery Blinds are proud to offer a 3 year warranty on all custom-made roller blind products. All custom-made products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty includes all materials, mechanisms and components which make up the roller blind or shade.

In the event a Gallery Blinds custom-made roller blind product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair, or replace the product which fails to conform to this warranty, provided that the product was properly installed in accordance with our installation guidelines.

The warranty is valid for all Gallery Blinds manufactured products. To activate this warranty, the purchaser must contact Gallery Blinds to organise the return of the product. Gallery Blinds will cover the costs of freight for the first 12 months of the warranty period only. After the first 12 months the purchaser is responsible for returning the damaged blind along with invoice and original sales receipt, to Gallery Blinds.

Upon return of the damaged product, Gallery Blinds will inspect the blind to evaluate the warranty claim. If the product is deemed to be damaged by reasons not related to the warranty cover, the blind will be returned to purchaser at the purchaser’s cost.

This warranty does not cover any product which fails due to accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, misapplication, improper handling, improper installation, improper operation or improper cleaning, and normal wear and tear.

This warranty does not cover cost associated with warranty service which includes, but is not limited to, freight costs, costs of removal, re-measure or reinstallation of product, or any incidental or consequential damages.

No employee of Gallery Blinds has the authority to increase or alter the obligation of this warranty.

This warranty is non-transferable.

Please note that the purchaser has 7 days of receipt of goods to report any marks, holes, scratches or defects on the cloth or product. This type of claim will be evident from the first time you put up the blinds or curtains and will not be a defect that evolves overtime. No claims for marks, holes, scratches or defects on the cloth or product after that date will be accepted and will be considered misuse or general wear and tear.

The purchaser has 7 days from the date of delivery or pick up of the product to notify Gallery Blinds if they are missing blinds, brackets or any other portion of their order. After this time frame, the order will be considered 100% delivered to the customer.
