No, all of our window blinds are custom made blinds, made to suit the window measurements you provide.
Our roller blinds are made, printed and assembled here in Australia.
We offer a 3 Year Warranty for our custom made window roller blinds. Please read our full 3 year warranty details for further information.
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Electronic Fund Transfers. Manufacturing of your custom made blinds will not begin until full payment has been received.
Measuring your window for custom made window blinds is simple; you just need to make sure that you double check your measurements to ensure your roller blinds fit perfectly. Read the How to measure guide for each of the individual roller blind products. If you are still unsure, we are only too happy to answer any questions you might have in regards to measuring your window for custom made roller blinds or general product enquiries.
Unfortunately once the custom made blinds have been manufactured they cannot be returned to us as we are unable to resell custom made window blinds, as they will only be suitable for your window. Please read the How to measure guide carefully prior to measuring. Yes. Our roller blinds are straightforward and easy to fit and install. Your roller blind will be made to measure to your exact specification, and supplied ready to fit, so there is no extra cutting or adjustment to be made. All necessary fittings and full instructions on How to install your custom made window roller blinds will be delivered with your roller blind order.
Our window blinds are made using eco-friendly fabrics. Our roller blinds are flame retardant, lightweight, non reflective and anti-curling. We use the highest quality aluminium tube and winder mechanisms supplied by industry leaders Acmeda. Regular, gentle dusting will keep your image blinds looking great. For more information on cleaning your blinds please read our How to clean your blinds instructions.
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE: in the interests of safety, it is advisable to keep all window blind chain cords out of the reach of babies, children and other vulnerable persons. Australia law requires you to secure the roller blind cord using the child safety cleat provided.
When using our “Blind Builder”, you are in control of the placement and cropping of the image. In addition, you will create a proof of your custom image as it will appear on your roller blind when you add it to your Wishlist, Share it and again with your invoice.
As a guide your picture file size should be between 2mb and no larger than 5mb. The bigger the window blind the bigger the picture file required.
Copyright Notice: It is important to note that it is your responsibility to ensure that you own the copyright of any image provided by you, or have the permission of the copyright holder to use any image or photograph in this way. Please also note that we reserve the right to refuse to print a photographic image provided by a customer for reproduction onto a roller blind if, in our opinion, the image is inappropriate or offensive, or if, in our opinion, reproduction of an image risks copyright infringement of a third party.
All our window roller blinds are custom made to suit your requirements. Please allow 2-3 weeks for print, manufacture and assembly.
We are very conservative on our quoted manufacturing times and work hard to complete your custom made window blinds orders earlier than the time frames given. The maximum time is more related to our busy pre Christmas period and throughout the year the manufacturing time is shorter. From time to time we can experience some stock delays, associated with shipping times. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any likely delay and offer alternatives that might be suitable.
If you find that you need to change your image blind order, this can be done up to 24 hours after receiving payment.
Call or email us Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, if you have any changes to make and we will try our hardest to help you.
Once the products have gone into manufacturing unfortunately the order cannot be changed. Always make sure to double check your measurements, artwork and all details before completing your online order for image blinds.

Unlike other custom made window blinds websites, we do not add the delivery charge into the roller blind price and then claim “Free Delivery”. We show all charges upfront and don’t deceive our customers. We would be happy for you to pick up the goods from our warehouse. There is no charge for packaging.
We only use reputable freight companies that are capable of servicing every state of Australia.
When your order is despatched we will send you a tracking number. You can track your order by entering the consignment number into the freight agents tracking page once it has been despatched.
Orders that have not given permission to be left on the doorstep, will still be delivered as per usual, however if you are not at home to sign for the delivery, the freight company will leave a card for you to contact them and organise a new delivery day. They will not leave the goods until they are signed for.
IMPORTANT – If you are going away or have any special delivery instructions please make sure to let us know in the comment field at the checkout, so we are fully aware of your situation.
Deliveries are made between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. As galleryblinds.com.au uses outside freight companies, from time to time delays can occur and unfortunately once your order leaves our premises, we are no longer in control of the delivery or notified of any delays.
Unfortunately from time to time accidents can happen. We highly recommend that you take out the option of Freight Insurance at the checkout. This is offered as an optional extra and covers any damage or loss to blinds whilst in transit. If for any reason your blinds are damaged, do not sign for them, but send them straight back and they will be replaced. Unfortunately blinds that are not insured and get damaged or lost in transit cannot be returned or replaced. In the checkout you will find that the check box is already pre ticked to accept the freight insurance. By unselecting the checked box, you have removed any right to claim for damages or loss of your goods with galleryblinds.com.au.
Regrefully, this can happen from time to time.
As long you have paid for the freight insurance, we will replace the ordered roller blinds after a reasonable period of time has been given for the freight company to try to locate the missing blinds. We deem this reasonable period of time to be 14 working days.
Orders for custom made blinds that have been delivered to the given address, and have gone missing after being delivered, cannot be claimed as lost deliveries with our insurance coverage.
If your custom made image blinds have been damaged in transit and were insured, please contact us immediately.
We will then email to you a form for you to complete and email to the freight company to organise collection.
All blinds must be packaged in cardboard boxes for the return journey.
We collect information, such as name, email address, phone from you if you make a purchase for roller blinds online on our website. Credit card numbers are not held by Gallery Blinds as the transaction goes through a secure gateway with our internationally recognised banking institution. When registering with Gallery Blinds, we maintain a record of your product interests and window and blind measurements; this information is automatically deleted after 30 days. If you just visit our website to browse or search, we do not automatically collect any information. The only information we may collect is your email address if you choose to sign up for our promotional material.
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. However, we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as company and product research, delivering packages, sending mail and emails and processing payments. They will have access to your personal information needed to perform these services, but we will not authorise them to use your information for other purposes.
If you have placed your order and unfortunately need to cancel, this can only be done within 24 hours of the order being placed (the next business day). After this time, your order for custom window blinds will have begun the manufacturing process and cannot be cancelled.
Unfortunately as your order for custom made blinds has been made to suit your window sizes and printed with your artwork; we are unable to accept returns for custom made window blinds, as Gallery Blinds are unable to on sell them.
Regular, gentle dusting will keep your window blinds always looking great and remove any dust build up. If you need to spot clean an area on your printed image blinds, use warm soapy water and wipe with a damp cloth. Allow the image blinds to dry naturally.
DO NOT saturate the image blind with water or other cleaning liquids.
